●      All products listed on our website are carefully crafted to suit your needs, and product photographs are representative rather than an exact guarantee of every unit.

●      Minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, and dimensions (within 5–10%) between the photographed product and the delivered product are an inherent characteristic of handmade goods and are not defects. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

●      Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice, including after an order is placed, in which case we will contact you with alternatives or a refund.

●      Prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed and confirmed at the time of checkout.

●      Order confirmation is sent via email and/or WhatsApp once payment is successfully received (or, for COD orders, once the order is placed).

●      Payment is collected at checkout through our website's integrated payment gateway or via COD where available.

●      Thooriga Art Studio reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch and issue a full refund, as detailed in our Cancellation Policy.

●      Orders identified as fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms will be cancelled, and we reserve the right to report such activity to the relevant authorities and payment platforms.
